脱羰秋水仙碱

用途及描述：

脱羰秋水仙碱已被用作微管解聚剂。它也被用于抑制有丝分裂。在核型学和细胞周期研究中，经常希望提高细胞周期中特定阶段的有丝分裂细胞的产量。这可以通过多种方式实现，最流行的是使用细胞周期同步剂，如去甲秋水仙碱。去甲瘦素在中期对有丝分裂细胞或同步G1期和S期细胞的生化事件无明显影响。白细胞通常用去甲纤维素治疗，以期在中期阻滞细胞。
