生物活性： L-Sulforaphane is an isothiocyanate derived from the natural compound glucoraphanin, which is abundant in cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli. It has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-carcinogenic effectsL-Sulforaphane, at 40 µM, activates nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2- (Nrf2) mediated gene expression by disrupting its association with Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1), allowing Nrf2 to enter the nucleus to alter transcription. In this way, sulforaphane induces the expression of phase II detoxification enzymes, which in turn provide diverse beneficial effects
使用方法：本品为L-Sulforaphane乙醇储液形式，如果想改变溶剂，可以在氮气保护条件下直接蒸馏乙醇，然后再添加目标溶剂。
本品所含有机溶剂较少，可以直接用PBS溶液稀释使用，如果担心微量乙醇对实验有影响，可以直接蒸馏乙醇得到纯品油状物，然后直接用PBS溶液稀释即可。PBS溶液稳定性较差，不建议长期储存。
